My name is Linda Lane-White, the "Singing" Realtor® with Dilbeck Real Estate in Pasadena, California.  My areas of expertise are Altadena, Pasadena and the surrounding areas of the San Gabriel Valley.  However, I have assisted clients from Riverside to Reseda and to the South Bay.

I grew up in Altadena and Pasadena attending Loma Alta Nursery School, Altadena Elementary, Eliot Jr. High, John Muir High and Pasadena City College.  

My background is in banking, small business and residential lending and, of course, real estate.   My career started in banking in 1981 working in the Loan Adjustment and Foreclosure/REO departments of Bank of America. I then left BofA and became an Escrow Officer in Glendale and Hermosa Beach, CA. I received my real estate license in 1990 and joined Tarbell Realtors in Redondo Beach. When the real estate market pretty much came to a halt, I went back in to banking and learned all about SBA lending. I did that for over a decade while still selling real estate part time. In 2004, I joined Keller Williams Realty in Pasadena and in 2010 I joined Dilbeck Realtors in Pasadena. I've been a full time Realtor for many years now and am the happiest I've ever been assisting people with realizing their dreams.

 

  

I live in a house my husband and I built on my family's property in Altadena (it's the Puebla Nuevo style house on the right on the home page). It's located 2 houses away from Christmas Tree Lane.  It made sense to be a part of "The Lane" so I became one of the Directors on the Board of the Christmas Tree Lane Association.  It's very fulfilling to make such a contribution to the preservation of this Historical Landmark in my community.   Hey, did you hear me sing the National Anthem at the Lighting Ceremony?   Or with the Altadena Baptist Church Choir?  What fun! My husband, Chris (www.CeedubConstruction.com) is a contractor. Being married to a contractor has its benefits. It helps me identify structural details (good and bad) of a home that someone wants to sell or buy. My terriers, Charlie and Betty are my "kids". My kids and hubby are a handful, but, I love them all like crazy!
